NEW FINDS

I will periodically update this column with the latest finds or the interesting minerals that are available from
old collections or minerals coming on the market again.

Recently there have been some interesting finds from China. Here are a few of the new minerals that I will update
upon my return home.




Calcite Jiangxi, China. Very im pressive clear calcite on the edge, Unique.

Actinolite in Quartz - Yunnan, China. A new find that I tried to purchase all of the pieces.



Pyromorphite with Cerussite - Guangxi, China. Very fine cerussite with very good pyromorphite. Also, pyromorphite crystals up to 4 cm
on a separate find.



Fluorapatite - Xuebaoding,Sichuan, China



Prehnite on Quartz - Meigu, Sichuan, China. Stalactitic quartz with prehnite.



Fluorite on Stibnite - Guizhou,China. A small cache of an old find.




Tourmaline with quartz - Gaolingongshan,Yunnan, China
