We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, PayPal, and checks. If using a credit card, please split the number into two e-mails, and include the expiration date and address.
If
you request a specimen to be shipped uninsured, we
assume no financial resposibility for damage to the specimen or lack of
delivery of the specimen. If a specimen arrives damaged, you must
notify us at once so we can file an insurance claim. If this is
not done, you are
responsible for the cost of the specimen.
Due to the increased cost of shipping, packing materials and boxes, the minimum shipping
charge will be 15.00 if we use 2nd Day UPS or $8.50 if we use USPS.
You have a 10 day return privelege after shipping. Please notify us at once if you wish to return a specimen. You are responsible for seeing that the specimen arrives in the same condition as shipped. Please see that it is well packed and insured,
